Every piece ships fully insured, tracked, and delivered with all duties paid. Once you pay us, there's nothing more to pay.

No hidden charges. Ever.
We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — all import duties, customs taxes, and shipping costs are settled by us before your order reaches you. The price you pay at checkout is the final, total price. Nothing extra at the door, nothing extra at customs.

Delivery times
Times below are from the moment your order leaves our studio — not from the order date. In-stock and limited-edition pieces dispatch within 2–4 business days. Custom commissions dispatch after the full hand-painting and quality process is complete (see the product page for the current commission timeline).

Tracking your order
- Dispatch notification: the moment your order leaves our studio, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
- Live tracking: follow your shipment in real time from our studio to your door.
- Delivery: the carrier will notify you when your package is out for delivery.
Shipping issues
Package lost or delayed
If your shipment hasn't moved or arrived well past the estimated window:
- Check your tracking link first
- Contact us — we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf
- If declared lost, we'll file the insurance claim and resolve it for you
Package arrived damaged
If your package shows visible damage on arrival:
- Photograph the box and its contents before opening further
- Keep all original packaging
- Email us within 48 hours — we'll handle everything from there
