Acceptance of terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This is a legally enforceable agreement. You must be 18 or older (or have the consent of a legal guardian) and have the capacity to enter into agreements. Continued use of our services implies acceptance.

Order process & requirements

Our custom service requires specific steps to ensure your piece meets your exact specifications and our quality standards.

• Order confirmation within 24 hours
• For commissions: design mockup, your approval, then hand-painting
• Dispatch after the full painting and quality process is complete

Payment terms & pricing

• Full payment is required before production begins
• Payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems
• Multiple payment methods accepted
• Pricing is displayed clearly with no hidden fees or charges
• Payment confirmation is sent via email

Cancellations & returns

Due to the hand-made nature of our work, specific terms apply to order modifications, cancellations, and returns. Please see our Return Policy for full details. In summary:

• Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of order, before production
• In-stock pieces: 7-day return window from delivery
• Commissions: returns accepted only for defects, shipping damage, or a material difference from the approved mockup — not change of mind
• Original packaging and certificate of originality required

Important: because each commission is custom-created to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, design preferences, or minor cosmetic variation natural to hand-painting that does not affect quality.

We are not responsible for sentimental or collectible value beyond the price paid, nor for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or business interruption. We will remedy any defects in workmanship according to our warranty terms.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of India in accordance with the Indian Consumer Protection Act. We encourage resolution through direct communication first, then mediation where appropriate, with legal proceedings as a last resort.
